It's been over a year since devastating wild fires raged through San Diego. Many homes were destroyed and the rebuilding continues to this day. I had the privilege of assisting one family who lost their home to the fire, by helping with the design selections from paint colors to furniture and accessories. We had a wonderful architect on the job, who helped recreate the original design while adding her wonderful touches. The end result is truly amazing and beautiful.
We celebrated a monument this month: the homeowners received their final permit and were able to move in! Many emotions, lots of boxes... and dishes in the sink. Although the home has "new car" smell, it is still and once again, home.
